Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We will replace your product at no charge if:

  • It has been damaged during shipping
  • It is defective from the factory
  • It does not properly hold the specific tools that we claim it will hold

We will accept returns on products if:

  • The customer accidentally ordered the wrong insert
  • The customer covers the cost of return shipping
  • The customer pays a $10 restocking fee

We DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Customers who thought the inserts would come with tools
  • Customers who are unspeakably rude

Strictly speaking we do not do exchanges.  You may return a product and then buy the one you'd like to replace it separately.
