Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We will replace your product at no charge if:
- It has been damaged during shipping
- It is defective from the factory
- It does not properly hold the specific tools that we claim it will hold
We will accept returns on products if:
- The customer accidentally ordered the wrong insert
- The customer covers the cost of return shipping
- The customer pays a $10 restocking fee
We DO NOT accept returns for:
- Customers who thought the inserts would come with tools
- Customers who are unspeakably rude
Strictly speaking we do not do exchanges. You may return a product and then buy the one you'd like to replace it separately.
