From the designer:
This is a custom insert that I have designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Cut Off Tool and accompanying kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee 48228435 PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
The specific tool this is designed for is model M12FCOT-0, link provided here:

US model number: 2522
This is my ultimate storage solution for the M12 Cut Off Tool! I've ensured you can squeeze every single bit of possible extra storage out of your Packout case! The dust shoe has a dedicated storage slot that I've designed which then has a custom tub that sits above it! This removable tub allows for EVEN MORE storage!

The insert was perfect a place for ever thing in it place thanks for making. Such a great product thanks again
Everything in one place, well designed.
Love the product! But besides the item itself, the customer service is awesome. I had to leave on a work trip and they were nice enough to change the shipping address and get it to me at my hotel. A+
fit and finish is perfect. enables me to have the tool in it's own packout so I can grab and go as needed. holds additional cut off wheels, battery etc perfectly. 10/10 yes
For this insert only, can't give a review. Seems that a right side blade is not what I needed. All the cut off tools are left side blade.
I tried emailing you but haven't seen a response so I'm hoping you can see this public reply to your review. I'm not sure what you mean by this, but perhaps you're putting the cutoff tool in top side up? If you look at the picture on the site, it is meant to sit in the insert upside-down, with the trigger facing up. So even though the blade is on the left side of the tool, it is to the right when the tool is upside-down.
