This is a total of 12 handles and 3 badges. Handles normally cost $10 each and badges cost $6, making this set a $138 value.
The owner Pete gave me an RMA to return defective items and then when he received them, he did not issue a full refund like his RMA showed I would get. You will get screwed buying from this guy. The wrench inserts did not fit correctly.
I issued an RMA number so the customer could return his item, which he claimed was defective.
The RMA number is just a number. it does not somehow 'show you' that you will get a full refund, or any refund at all for that matter.
The customer claimed that the wrenches the insert is designed for did not fit the insert. When we received the return, we tested them against our house set, and the wrenches did in fact fit. We even provided the customer with video evidence that they fit.
Since the wrenches fit and the customer's complaint was that they didn't, we determined that the insert was not defective. As such, we processed the refund minus the shipping charges for the label we had provided to the customer, as we do not provide return labels for customers who wish to return items which are not defective.
