• Milwaukee 3/8” to 1/2” Impact Adapter 49-66-6723 (the insert has been updated since the pictures were taken to be able to hold this piece)

It is designed to fit in:

• 5-compartment low profile Packout organizer (48-22-8436)
• 11-compartment low profile Packout organizer (48-22-8431)

It is available with a replacement organizer box label that say LUG NUT/EXTENSION SET. You may select either:

• 5-Compartment Organizer Label
• 11-Compartment Organizer Label
